The number one cellulite blasting weapon out there is purely and simply, coffee. Caffeine to be precise, is the thing that blasts cellulite in record time. If you’ve ever taken the time to read the labels of the expensive anti-cellulite creams you would’ve seen that almost all of them contain this ingredient.

How does it work?

The reason is that coffee (with caffeine) has the effect of dilating blood vessels, which tones and tightens tissue. In addition, toxin build-up, one of the most common reasons for cellulite, is released because of the antioxidants and stimulation that coffee delivers. The caffeine in coffee grounds enhances fat metabolism, and, when applied the skin, it helps to absorb and remove liquid. Which means that your lumps and bumps will become noticeably less visible.

How to do it?

Prepare a cup of granulated coffee by boiling 2 teaspoons of coffee, let it sit for a couple of minutes to cold and take the coffee grounds that have collected at the bottom of the cup.

The other way to do it is to mix the coffee grounds with a bit of warm water. (Make sure you’re not using decaf.) Some people like to add honey or a bit of olive oil into the mixture for a better consistency.

Now, things are bound to get a bit messy, so make sure you’re standing on a piece of newspaper or in your bathtub.

There are two ways to do the treatment.

You can either take the coffee grounds and massage them into the problem areas for a couple of minutes which serves as a great peeling as well, or you can spread the coffee all over the problem areas and cover them in plastic wrap. Let it sit for about 15-30 minutes and wash it down with water.
